Actor Pavel Derevyanko was accused of large-scale fraud — the day before yesterday, the police opened a criminal case on the fact of fraud on a particularly large scale.

The victim in this case is the director of the printing company Sergey Nikolenko, who claims that in the period from September 2022 to May 2023, he signed a loan agreement and invested more than a million rubles in the company "Bii Soul", owned by Pavel Derevyanko and Grigory Muluzyan.

A year passed, but the crypto investor did not receive any profit, and the money was never returned. According to preliminary information, earlier Pavel Derevyanko and his business partner Grigory Muluzyan were engaged in investing in cryptocurrencies, operating with significant amounts in rubles.

Derevyanko also tried to attract six friends to invest in cryptocurrency, including actor Artem Tkachenko. Earlier, Tkachenko, on the advice of Derevyanko, invested in cryptocurrencies through Bii Soul and lost 6 million rubles and 7.5 bitcoins.

Sergey Nikolenko was one of the victims in this case, having invested in cryptocurrency, but did not receive his investment back. Initially, the businessman filed a civil lawsuit against Derevyanko, and now initiated a preliminary investigation into the incident.

Actor Pavel Derevyanko was accused of large-scale fraud — the day before yesterday, the police opened a criminal case on the fact of fraud on a particularly large scale.

Grigory Muluzyan, Pavel Derevyanko's business partner, lost $ 265 million on the Xena Exchange. It was the money of investors: businessmen and artists who were brought by Derevyanko. SHOT found out the details of the schemes, as a result of which the actor and his friend were left to owe depositors ₽177 million.

Muluzyan told us that he met Derevyanko two years ago in a restaurant on Patriarchal Street. The actor was then engaged in mining, and Grigory was trading crypto. He gave the artist a couple of tips on trading on the stock exchange. With their help, Pavel earned several million dollars. He liked it, and began to put more money on the stock exchange and increase it thanks to Muluzyan's advice. Grigory took 50% of the profit for this.

The trader claims that the minimum monthly profit of Pavel was about ₽4.5 million, the maximum — ₽175 million. The photo shows one of the artist's "salaries".

In the same scheme Derevyanko, according to Grigory, involved several of his friends artists among them-actor Artem Tkachenko and director Marius Weisberg. In total, there were 11 people who entrusted Muluzyan and Derevyanko with their money, including several businessmen we wrote about.

To optimize the work, we made a special bot through which transactions were conducted. It was created by employees of the company "Bii Soul" (engaged in software development). Derevyanko, on the wave of success, joined the founders of Bii Soul and bought out a share in the bot, which, according to Grigory, was previously owned by Alexander Revva.

In April 2022, Xena Exchange allegedly threw Muluzyan and Co., simply not returning them ₽265 million.

Using other sources of income, Grigory repaid about ₽88 million of his debts. However, he refuses to pay them all: he believes that Derevyanko should also participate in the repayment of debts, but the actor does not do this.
