i am looking for a Offshorehoster, which accepted Phishing-Pages on his Server/Hoster.

Can anyone tell me a actually Offshorehoster for this?

The support will talk to you that its not possible to host phising stuff there.
And my page is online since one month but firefox & Chrome blacklisted the domain already...

Dont use a webspace, take a VPS or Dedicated. which one depents on you.. so 512mb ram is to small for webspace i think..1gb RAM is okay..

First of all buying vps or dedi from 2x4 requires id verification
besides that
they will put you down at first complain
just like anyother hosting company
phishing is more like child porn these days
who says they didnt have problems, they probably not spamming on a large scale

My dedi from 2x4 was kicked after less than 48 hours..
