I have recently come across a Bank Account that has 800k and is a business bank account. I only want 40k out of it do you guys any suggestions on how I can get something out of it?

Things I have to work with:

Companys name and address
Account and Routing Number
Ceos Name
Federal Ein for company

*I do not have login info for their online banking.

Based on the information you know, you can try to create a bank account or restore access to an existing account.
You already have all the necessary data, just register a business account.

You can also try to register an account in any financial application, specifying the data you have.
And from this application, already send money to the cashing service.
