MSR @ customs!

I ordered an MSR206 a few days ago from Ebay, It arrived to my country and a letter from the post office was sent to be to go pick it up. When i got to the post office i was told that my package needs to visit the customs.
When i looked at the tracking it said that it has already been through customs, Now they want to send it through customs again. Are they suspicious about the package? What can they do?

It is used widely, starting from banks and hotels and on shops...
So act just like a small hotel owner which will open soon.

well go for it man, check your country law's and done. most probably its not illegal to buy one. There are hundred's legal reasons to use this device...

well its better to get a letter or official paper from someone you know works at an hotel or have a shop it might also help you and makes it better. but recently few countries know about it and the others customs are stupid lol

i had also some problems like this in uk , had ordered embosser , tipper and one msr from usa ,when visit the customs office they told me that i required to be clean and no "criminal record" , at least i received the pack home first .. and one letter regarding customs

So you mean you got the stuff but had to be clean to get?

and maybe cops that you need it to wright dumps with your own mouth,

Pretty much what I always believed, now maybe in some countries they are more strict on it, then you should have a good excuse like going to open a hostel or small gym and need it for your access cards.

Ummm i think we were talking about having someting shipped not taken over by someone.

Some stuff when shipped from abroad have to go through customs and if the product is eligible then you need to pay taxes etc. Well at least that how it is in EU. Ive used dhl as a courier and signed a statement they sent me so they'll pay all the fees and then Ill pay them back when receive the package. Used the explanation Ninja gave and worked for me.

lol this made me laugh because I actually travel with my embosser and MSR, check it in at the airport and all they do is clip the lock on your luggage to make sure it isnt a bomb and your fine. Been traveling with it for afew months now

Yeah too easy, lol only paranoids would worry about this
