Metropolitan police officers detained a 23-year-old Minsk resident for illegal circulation of payment funds. It turned out that a young man in one of the messengers found an offer for quick earnings. The bottom line is simple: issue a bank card and transfer its details for a fee.
The Minsk resident meekly followed the instructions and issued three bank cards for himself, after which he handed them over to strangers. For this, the young man received Br300.
"The Minsk resident later admitted that he had doubts about the legality of such earnings, but the curators convinced him otherwise," the police added.
A criminal case has been opened.
