help!! skimming my own dumps with pin need help to cashout

how do i skim my own d+p basically im new so if i ask stupid questions just bare with me seller of d+p = ripper correct? so therefor how is it possible for me to cashout? if i purchase a dump, where would the pin come from?

and how would i skim it? "someone said if i want to cashout i need to skim my own dumps with pin" what does that mean?

isnt skimming a professional job, how would i accomplish that

i thought cashout means you buy dumps with pin make duplicate cards and use then in atm while wearing a disguise.. so if nobody sells d+p
