That simply doesn't work like that.
Surprise. All banks do nowadays. Maybe in 2003 you could put yymm10100000"cvv2"00000 and it would pay but even then ....

Last time, some not so popular USA banks didn't check full track 2 for transaction, just ccnum, expiration date and serv code, we tryed same method in USA, 100-200$ work perfect. but its unreal to finde same banks now, fraud never slip...

Actually there are a few banks that you can get away with swiping without the discretionary info. just number and exp are needed.
