- wmz(send), lr(receive), Cash(send), swift(send) fees are paid by customer and are not included in the service fees
- no transfer can be reversed after money was send

Additional service terms for ATM Card Transactions:
- this card is not for US customers and it will not be send to US
- cost of ATM Card is 100 wmz and is not returnable after card was send to customer
- ATM Card can be delivered by:
- normal post = cost 10 wmz and will take 5 - 10 days to arrive, tracking number is not available
- delivery courier(DHL, EMS) = cost 80 - 100 wmz and will take 3 - 6 days to arrive, tracking number is available
- tracks + pin = free of charge for delivery, instant delivery in chat with service operator
- if by any chance the customer don’t get the card send by post/courier service can provide free of charge card tracks + pin
- when the ATM Card is received it will have no funds on it, and funds can be deposited on it only in chat with service operator
- funds are deposited on the ATM Card within 5 minutes after the service will receive the e-currency into its accounts
- the PIN code for the ATM Card is provided only after funds are uploaded on the card for the first time, first time minimum upload: 500 wmz
- customer can withdraw the funds on the card after 1 minute from the time the service operator confirm that funds are available on the ATM Card

- NO data is revealed to anyone, for any reason and no matter what, 100% anonymous and safe service
