2010 ID Checking Guide

From what I heard straight from a DMV employee about California drivers license/Id the pre 2010 have 12 Security features, new ones have 52 some that u need magnifying glass to really see, and I'm sure any new format id/license has around the same in other states as they are adopting that format plus the horizontal and verticle age verification(for people over and under age 21). Certain watermarks also require a expensive laser too such as the bear watermark and raised signature and dob. But ya many states(including Cali) still have a few years or so to still use pre 2010 license/id. Myself and a few friends have many resources to make xts/teslin id's(we mainly make oldschool Cali) but ya a good point was brought up to me that whomever is the first to make good novelties of the new format will probably get hunted down immediately...
