There are also fraud methods that the victim cannot protect himself from. These are, for example, the use of a power of attorney, auto-placement, and some other types of crimes.
If the bank refuses to provide assistance, you need to complain to a higher organization – the Central Bank of the Russian Federation.
The bank recovers the client's losses only if its employees are to blame. If a person has named secret payment data (PIN, CVV/CVC code, SMS code), this is not the bank's fault and according to Russian law, the bank does not owe the client anything. However, information from the security service can help the police in their investigation.

- regardless of the result, call the bank by dialing the number manually;
- ask to connect you to the security service;
- follow the instructions of your employees.
