The case with boxes is not much more complicated:
1. Use a hair dryer to peel off the zip tape, but do not deform it, as you will have to glue it again.
2. Scotch tape in 2 layers. Often the box comes covered with simple orange tape, buy a new one and re-glue it on top. Or even not, if there are no signs of tampering on the box. Also, if something went wrong with you and you tore off a piece of cardboard, fill this place with tape.
3. Cardboard can easily deform during transportation, this can play into our hands, or deform it yourself, but so that it looks natural. Open in place of deformation if possible.
