My suggestion would be to use providers that take LR as one of their payment method. There are few good sites. alternatively you can buy VCC and Pay with them .

carded servers hardly last for long enough for your job to be successful.

I would recommend Oracle Cloud, I think their server is very stable, but when I carded Oracle Cloud, I didn't use the proxy and emulator software. I used the 5G with an actual iPhone 12 device, it worked. I like the BaCloud too, I think there BaCloud has the cleanest IP addresses overall, but I don't send spam. I sent email advertising, so I am sure that you care about how clean the IP is or not. I hope this is helpful.
