Important factors when purchasing a CC:
1. Validity. This must be checked by donation or checker.
2. Bin cards. NON VBV or regular card with OTP (3D Secure). Card type - "gold", "infinity", etc.
Bin is also used to determine whether a debit or credit card is used.
If bin is from a public site, then it is indicated which service or site it is suitable for.
3. Address, city or state. Depending on where your drop will receive the package, as well as the proxy, the IP address should be close to the cardholder.
4. Availability of access to the cardholder’s e-mail or virtual phone.
In each store or telegram seller, you can search for the cards you need based on the different criteria described above.

We can use cards with OTP only on sites and online stores with a 2D Secure merchant, since these sites will not send a payment confirmation code via SMS to the cardholder’s phone.
Lists of sites with 2D Secure are on our forum or you can find them yourself.

You can also cash out cards with OTP if you install a Trojan on the cardholder’s phone, but this is difficult to do.
Also, some carders are able to intercept SMS with a code or replace the cardholder’s SIM card with their own in order to receive SMS.
