A 19-year-old student will be tried in Mogilev for aiding and abetting cyber fraudsters, BelTA learned from the Internal Affairs Department of the Mogilev Regional Executive Committee.

The accused was offered a part-time job by a friend. The guy had to "just" reset the photo of his passport so that his data would be used for issuing a bank card. After that, bank codes were sent to the student's mobile phone, which he dictated to the employer and thus provided access to the current current account.

After that, the young man was looking for other intermediaries for part-time work, which, according to him, was absolutely legal. For this, he also received a monetary reward. Moreover, the defendant was not interested in the further purpose of the created bank cards. Investigators opened a criminal case against the resident of Mogilev.
